General care

Usage

Storage

• Wash and dry your toy before storing it. We also recommend you dry your toy manually, do not let it air dry.
• Store your toy in a cool, dry place. 
• Preferably, in a way so it doesn’t touch other toys and out of direct sunlight. Toys made from platinum-cure silicone can be stored together.
• Keeping your toy in a satin or cloth fabric or bag is also recommended.

TPR TPE material note

• Penis toys such as strokers and masturbators are often made from TPR/TPE. While those are body-safe materials, they're also porous materials - meaning that material has microscopic holes in which bacteria can stay and live.

The standard rate for shipping is $8, and you will get your products in 4 to 6 days. 

Priority shipping costs $20 and you’ll get your products in 2 to 4 days.

If you spend $99 or more, you’ll qualify for free shipping (+you’ll also get The eBook of kinky sex ideas). In this case, we ship the economical way, and you’ll get them in 4 to 6 days.

We are not always sending packages with the same company, since the shipping prices and times are highly variable. We calculate what’s the best at the given moment.

It’s also possible that we send your packages from two different warehouses, depending on availability, location, delivery time, and several other factors.

All orders ship within 2 business days, however, because of the recent COVID-19 restriction put on many US states, it may take up to 5 business days for your shipment to be sent. Our warehouses are working with minimal staffing and following diligent safety precautions. There are also significant delays in shipping right now. You will receive a tracking code once your shipment has been shipped.

We cannot help you if...

• If you are no longer at the address when the package arrives,
• if you are not there to receive it at your home or elsewhere,
• if you do not claim it in time from a shipping facility.

Products returned to us from failure to claim or bad addresses will be returned into inventory automatically. You will be charged for shipping plus a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $10.

The rest will be returned to you as a credit you can use in store. If you would like the product, you will have to place an order again. We cannot offer you free shipping on the returned product if the order is under $99.
