You asked:

My partner and I are planning to try Clone-A-Willy and Clone-A-Pussy kits, but we’ve heard they can be a little tricky to get right. What should we be especially careful about when making the molds? I’m also wondering about things like bubbles and rough textures in the finished product, and whether you can make the Clone-A-Willy without including the vibrator.

Grace:

I've used the Clone-A-Willy kit and found it pretty easy, even on my first try. My biggest piece of advice would be that it is a two-person job, as one person will need to be dealing with the kit and the other person will need to be doing whatever they can to maintain their erection. Timing and speed are essential, so make sure you read the instructions carefully beforehand so you know exactly what needs to be done. My copy did have a few bubbles, so I think this is common, but as long as you clean them carefully it'll be fine for use.

As for the vibrator, there isn't enough silicone unfortunately. But there's no reason why you have to turn on the vibrator. Just think of it like adding a secondary firm layer, almost like you're creating a dual-density dildo.
