We're a small team and a growing business β every one of you matters to us.
All our packages are shipped discreetly to protect your privacy. We use plain boxes with generic packaging labels, and we ship and bill as "Rumor Lab" β without any visible logos or stickers.
Prefer not to have your package delivered to your home? We offer delivery to thousands of pickup locations across the United States.
Simply add your products to the cart and select a pickup location before proceeding to checkout.Β
Please note: Pickup locations are selected in the cart, not during checkout, and availability varies by area.
Alaska & Hawaii
Currently, we only ship to Canada, and the majority of our items ship from our U.S. warehouse. While we occasionally fulfill orders from within Canada when possible, most shipments originate from the U.S.
Because of this, orders may be subject to customs charges upon arrival. In addition, due to customs regulations, the full product name may appear on the package (typically in very small print) to ensure the shipment clears properly and isn't returned.
If you change your mind, you have 4 hours from the time your order is placed to cancel it. As soon as your order is placed, it moves from our store office to the warehouse to begin processing β so the sooner you reach out, the better your chances. After this window, your order is already in the processing route and can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, email us at support@thesexshed.com before your order continues through processing.
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately at support@thesexshed.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships. Your best chance is within 4 hours of placing the order, while it's still being prepared. As soon as your order is placed, it moves from our store office to the warehouse to begin processing β once it's in the processing route, the address can no longer be changed.
The Sex Shed is not responsible for misdirected packages resulting from incorrect information entered on the order page. Once an item has been processed, we are unable to change or update the address.
If a package can't be delivered due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer, a restocking / processing fee will be deducted from any refund, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You'll be charged for shipping plus a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10), and the remaining balance will be returned to you as store credit. If you'd still like the product, you'll need to place a new order.
Incorrect address information includes, but is not limited to:
Please make sure your address is entered correctly. Don't leave out any part of your address, even if you think it isn't needed β every detail is essential information for the carrier.
If the carrier is unable to deliver an order and it's returned to us β whether you failed to pick it up or claim it from the post office, or you're no longer at the address you provided (home, hotel, or elsewhere) β you'll be charged for shipping plus a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10), and the remaining balance will be returned to you as store credit. If you'd still like the product, you'll need to place a new order.
As soon as your order is placed, it moves from our store office to the warehouse to begin processing β usually within 4 hours. After that, your order is already in the processing route and can no longer be modified.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking details after 3 business days, reach out to us at support@thesexshed.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the carrier's hands β responsibility for delivery rests with the delivery company, not The Sex Shed. We are not responsible for the reimbursement, replacement, or re-shipment of parcels deemed missing or lost. Every parcel is assigned a tracking number, and you can file a claim for a missing package directly with the delivery service that handled it. If you need help identifying the delivery service, let us know and we'll be glad to assist.
If your package is confirmed lost or hasn't arrived, you can file a claim directly with the carrier that handled your delivery. You'll generally need to notify UPS within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date, and USPS asks that claims be filed no later than 60 days after the mailing date, so it's best to act promptly. Have your tracking number ready before you start.

You don't have to leave your deliveries to chance. Most major carriers offer free tools that put you in the driver's seat β letting you track packages in real time, receive alerts before they arrive, authorize safe drop-off when you can't be home, and even reroute a parcel to a more convenient location if your plans change. Available services vary from one carrier to the next, so it's worth signing up with whichever one is handling your order.
We sometimes run out of stock on certain products. If that happens, enter your email and we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock.
