I had no problems with the contents of the order. It came in a timely manner, and there was no damage on the packaging. The material feels nice to the touch, and the suction feature works well.
My only issue was the the package itself. The support section of the site claims they ship discreetly with generic labels to ensure customer privacy, but the item was written clearly on the front label (not once, but twice), which doesn't exactly scream private or discreet, but I digress.
I hope the post office worker won't think of me any differently.

Regarding the customs declaration, I completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable that can feel. Unfortunately, when shipping internationally we are legally required to provide an accurate description of the parcel contents. If the declaration is too vague, customs can reject the shipment and send it back to us, which has happened in the past.
We always try to keep packaging as discreet as regulations allow, but in cases of international shipping we do have to comply with customs requirements. I truly appreciate your understanding on this and thank you again for your order and feedback.

The toy itself is pretty good, but the problem that I'm having is that I cannot properly insert myself into it, and I wouldn't call myself a girth monster.
