Are the sale items new, or are they returns and seconds?

All items in the sale collection are brand new stock. Prices are reduced to clear seasonal lines, make room for new arrivals, or pass on bulk-buying savings. You receive the same product quality and manufacturer packaging as full-price purchases.

How do I know if a sale item is body-safe?

Check the material listed in the product description. For anything that comes into direct contact with skin or mucous membranes, look for:

• Stainless steel or aluminium
• Borosilicate glass
• Sealed or lacquered hardwoods designed for adult use

Avoid items made from jelly rubber or materials listed only as "TPR blend" or "PVC" for internal use, as these are porous and harder to fully sanitise. If you are unsure about a specific product, our team is happy to help before you buy.

Do sale items carry the same returns and warranty coverage as full-price products?

Sale items are covered by the same consumer rights and manufacturer warranty as full-price stock. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please get in touch with our customer care team and we will make it right. Note that, for hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty.
