Vac-U-Lock and Lock-On systems take strap-on play to a whole new level of precision and confidence. Whether you are building a harness kit from scratch or expanding an existing collection, these modular attachment platforms let you swap dildo shapes, sizes and textures in seconds while staying firmly in place through every moment of play.
Perfect for couples, solo harness users and kink explorers alike, our range covers compatible dildos, mounting bases and harnesses so you can design a setup that suits your body and your desires. Mix, match and lock in for a customised experience built around real connection and uninhibited pleasure.
Vac-U-Lock, developed by Doc Johnson, uses a hollow plug-and-socket mechanism built into the base of each attachment. The plug seats into a corresponding cup on the harness or accessory, creating a vacuum-assisted hold. Lock-On, developed by Sportsheets, uses a threaded screw-lock mechanism where a stud on the attachment twists and locks into the harness port. Both deliver very secure connections, but their attachment bases are not interchangeable, so choose one system and stick with it when expanding your collection.
Body safety depends on the specific attachment, not the system itself. When shopping, prioritise attachments labelled as body-safe silicone, ABS hard plastic, or other non-porous materials. Non-porous surfaces do not absorb bacteria, odours or fluids, which makes them far more hygienic for repeated use or shared play. Avoid attachments made from jelly rubber, PVC or any material described as a rubber blend, as these are porous and cannot be fully sterilised.
Lubricant choice depends on the attachment material. For silicone attachments, use a water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade the surface of silicone toys over time. For hard plastic or stainless steel attachments, both water-based and silicone-based lubricants are compatible. Always check the manufacturer guidance for each specific attachment if you are unsure.
Clean attachments promptly after every use. Non-porous silicone attachments can be boiled for three to five minutes, placed on the top rack of a dishwasher without detergent, or wiped down thoroughly with a 10 percent bleach solution and rinsed well. Hard plastic attachments should be washed with warm water and mild soap. For harnesses, nylon straps can be hand washed with gentle soap and left to air dry fully before storage. Leather harnesses should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and conditioned periodically to prevent cracking. Never submerge a harness that contains metal locking hardware without drying it completely to prevent rust or corrosion.
Absolutely. Modular systems are a great starting point because you can begin with a slim, beginner-friendly attachment and build your collection as your confidence and comfort grow, without replacing the harness each time. Look for a starter kit that includes the harness and at least one smaller attachment. Take time to practise putting the harness on and locking the attachment in place before a session, so adjustments feel familiar rather than disruptive in the moment.
