Are Crystal Delights toys genuinely body-safe?

Yes. Crystal Delights uses borosilicate glass for the toy body and genuine Swarovski crystal for decorative elements. Borosilicate glass is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and free from phthalates, latex, and BPA. It will not harbour bacteria when cleaned properly, making it one of the safest materials available for intimate use.

How do I clean and care for my Crystal Delights toy?

Rinse the piece with warm water and a mild, unscented soap after every use. For a deeper clean, you can also wipe it down with a 10% isopropyl alcohol solution and allow it to air dry fully. Avoid submerging any piece that has a metal base component for extended periods. Store your toy in the soft pouch or box it came in to protect both the crystal and the glass surface from chips or scratches.

Is glass safe for temperature play, and how do I do it?

Glass holds temperature very well and releases it gradually, which is what makes it ideal for sensation and temperature play. To warm a piece, place it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. To cool it, rest it in a bowl of cool water or in the fridge, never the freezer. Always test the temperature against the inside of your wrist before use, and introduce temperature changes gradually, especially if you are new to this kind of stimulation.

What lubricant should I use with Crystal Delights toys?

Glass is compatible with all lubricant types, including water-based, silicone-based, and oil-based formulas. A thicker, longer-lasting lubricant is often recommended for glass because the non-porous surface does not absorb lube the way softer materials do. Start with a generous amount and reapply as needed for comfort.
