Cleaning method depends on the material. Nylon webbing harnesses can generally be hand-washed with mild soap and warm water, then air-dried fully before storing. Neoprene can be rinsed under running water and left to dry flat. Vegan leather and genuine leather should never be soaked. Wipe them down with a damp cloth after use, use a leather-safe cleaner for deeper cleaning, and apply a conditioner to genuine leather periodically to prevent cracking. Always allow the harness to dry completely before storing it in a cool, dry place.
